During this workshop Katie will share some of her favourite techniques to create floral patterns, we'll work on both large and smaller scale paintings to create big blousy bloom designs as well as sweet all over ditsy floral patterns. As well as a variety of media including inks, pastels and paints we'll use a mixture of brushes and mark making tools to create gorgeous vibrant artworks.
 
Mood boards of inspirational images, books and scraps of fabric will all be provided to help inspire our paintings.
 
This workshop is for complete beginners through to keen painters so please come along and enjoy.
 
During the workshop we'll enjoy light refreshments of hot drinks and cake.
