During this workshop Katie will share some of her favourite techniques for creating designs that mix together both playful floral shapes and geometric patterns. We'll work on both larger and smaller scale paintings and will work with a mixed media palette of acrylics, watercolour paints with brushes and painting tools to achieve unique arrangements of shapes on a page.
 
Mood boards of inspirational images, books and scraps of fabric will all be provided to help inspire our paintings.
 
This workshop is for complete beginners through to keen painters so please come along and enjoy.
 
During the workshop we'll enjoy light refreshments of hot drinks and cake.
